• truthful pricing and specifications.

Prohibited Goods

Strictly prohibited:

• illegal goods under applicable laws;
• counterfeit goods;
• restricted or hazardous goods without authorization;
• deceptive or fraudulent listings.

Buyer Behavior

Buyers must:

• use services for legitimate B2B procurement;
• provide accurate specifications;
• comply with import regulations;
• not misuse fulfillment or coordination systems.

Buyer Assistance

Buyer Assistance includes coordination of specifications and supplier communication prior to fulfillment.

Zhongda Market acts only as a coordination intermediary and does not guarantee supplier performance or production outcomes.

Fulfillment & Consolidation Services

When goods are received at warehouse, Zhongda Market may perform:

• receipt of goods from multiple suppliers;
• visual inspection for quantity and external condition only;
• repackaging for consolidation purposes;
• consolidation of shipments for logistics optimization;
• preparation of export shipments;
• coordination of third-party logistics carriers.

Important limitations:

• no technical testing or certification;
• no guarantee of product conformity to specifications;
• no warranty on goods condition beyond visual check at receipt stage;
• no responsibility for carrier transit performance or customs clearance.

Supplier Obligations

Suppliers must:

• fulfill confirmed orders according to agreed specifications;
• provide accurate commercial and production data;
• comply with Chinese export regulations;
• ensure lawful production and IP compliance.

Logistics and Shipping
