Seller Policy

This Seller Policy applies to all suppliers ("Sellers") listing products on Zhongda Market. It complements our Terms of Service and sets out the specific obligations Sellers must follow when publishing and managing listings.

1. Eligibility

To sell on Zhongda Market, you must complete the vendor registration process, including providing accurate company information and supporting documents. Your account remains subject to review and approval before activation.

2. Listing Accuracy

Every product listing must accurately reflect the product being offered, including its materials, dimensions, price, minimum order quantity, and available variants. Misleading titles, descriptions, or images are not permitted.

3. Authenticity and Authorization to Sell

You confirm that you are authorized to manufacture, distribute, or resell every product you list, and that you hold any rights, licenses, or permissions required to do so. You must not list:

• Counterfeit or replica goods;
• Products bearing a brand, logo, or trademark you are not authorized to use;
• Products that infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, design, or patent rights.

Zhongda Market may remove any listing suspected of violating this section without prior notice and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.

4. Pricing and Quotes

Prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times communicated through the Platform must be honored once a quote has been accepted by a Buyer, except in cases of evident error or force majeure.

5. Order Fulfillment

Once an order is confirmed, you are responsible for producing or preparing the goods within the agreed timeframe, maintaining the quality standards described in your listing, and cooperating with any quality control steps requested by the Buyer or by Buyer Assistance.

6. Quality Standards

Products delivered must match the specifications, materials, and quality represented in the listing and in any approved samples. Repeated quality issues may result in listing removal or account suspension.

7. Prohibited Products

In addition to counterfeit and unauthorized branded goods, you may not list products that are illegal, hazardous without proper certification, or otherwise restricted under applicable import/export regulations.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Violation of this Seller Policy or the Terms of Service may result in listing removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your seller account, at Zhongda Market's discretion.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your products, including consumer protection, labeling, and export control requirements in both your country and the Buyer's country.
